LOFT type rooms, with 2 floors. In the lower part we find the study area, the closet and the bathroom. Going up the stairs, at the top, there is the 105x190 cm bed with television.

The common area of the house has a washing machine, dryer and kitchen, equipped with 2 refrigerators, all the necessary household items and enough cabinets so that each student can store their food.

Each floor is made up of 2 homes with 4 rooms each.

The homes have a full kitchen equipped with 2 refrigerators, a washing machine, a dryer, all the necessary utensils and have enough cabinets for each student to store food.

The attic rooms are the same as those on floors 1 and 2, the only difference is that one of the attics has 3 bedrooms.

The kitchens in the attics, although somewhat smaller in size, have the same equipment as the rest of the kitchens in the building.

The reduction in size of the kitchens in the penthouses is due to the fact that they have a terrace/solarium.
